Terms of Service — Koren

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Koren, you declare that you have read, understood, and agree with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. About the service

Koren is a SaaS platform that offers AI-assisted generation of marketing plans, paid traffic strategies, visual identity, and related materials through specialized agents (Mike and Jess), plus an assistant for querying workspace data.

The service is provided "as is" and may evolve, with features added, modified, or removed at Koren AI’s discretion.

3. Account registration and responsibility

To access restricted features, you must create an account by providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
• Not sharing your account with third parties.
• All activities carried out under your account.
• Immediately notifying Koren AI of any suspected unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

When using Koren, you must not:

• Perform scraping, data mining, or unauthorized automated access.
• Reverse engineer the platform or its AI agents.
• Circumvent rate limits, security systems, or billing mechanisms.
• Generate or publish illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Use the platform to produce misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Overload the infrastructure through abusive use.

5. Face and voice clone

The “My clone” feature lets you create a digital version of your face and voice to generate videos. By using it, you declare and agree to:

We may suspend the feature in case of misuse, suspected fraud or use of third-party likeness or voice. The processing of biometric data follows the Privacy Policy and depends on your specific consent, which can be revoked at any time.

• Create the clone only with your own face and your own voice. Uploading third-party material or using the feature to impersonate another person is prohibited.
• Generate only lawful, truthful content that does not infringe third-party rights, these Terms or the policies of the platforms where you publish. You are responsible for the texts you submit and the videos you approve and publish.
• Respect the monthly video limits of your plan.

6. AI-generated content

Outputs produced by AI agents (plans, strategies, texts, images) are generated probabilistically and should be considered suggestions and starting points, not guarantees of commercial result.

You are fully responsible for validating, reviewing, and adapting any output before using it in production, communication, or business strategy. Koren AI is not liable for commercial, financial, or operational decisions made based on generated content.

Rights over outputs generated from your briefs belong to you. By using the service, you grant Koren AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the data in an aggregated and anonymized manner for product improvement.

7. Third-party integrations

The platform may offer optional integrations with third-party services, such as Meta Ads and Telegram. Use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of the respective service. Koren AI does not control nor is responsible for the operation, availability, or changes of those services.

8. Intellectual property

All rights over the software, brand, design, source code, proprietary agents, and materials of the Koren platform belong exclusively to Koren AI. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation without prior written authorization is prohibited.

9. Suspension and termination

Koren AI may suspend or terminate the access of any user who violates these Terms, without prejudice to other applicable measures. In case of serious violation (fraudulent, illegal use, or use that poses risk to third parties), suspension may be immediate.

Communications about suspension and termination will be sent by email to the registered address.

10. Service availability

Koren AI will undertake reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, failures of external providers, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Koren AI’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user in the 12 (twelve) months prior to the event that originated the dispute. Koren AI is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or commercial losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time, from the profile settings area. Koren AI may terminate these Terms upon reasonable prior notice, or immediately in cases of serious violation.

13. General provisions

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law.

Koren AI may update these Terms at any time; material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use after notification implies acceptance of the new Terms.
